• Conduct repetitive inspections to identify deviations from established quality standards.
• Promptly communicate non-conforming issues to production operators to facilitate immediate corrective action.
• Document conformance and non-conformance issues according to predetermined guidelines.
• Identify and set aside incorrect or damaged products before final packaging.
• Validate quality processes and measure production standards at critical control points, meticulously documenting findings.
• File daily audit results at the end of each shift to maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and accurate operations that prioritize total customer satisfaction.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall functioning of the work unit.

• High School diploma or equivalent education required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality inspection role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong computer literacy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Preferred experience in production within the printing industry.
• Familiarity with MIS software, particularly Excel, is advantageous.

• Weekend work required on a rotating basis.
